My client is a well known national charity which provides advice and guidance within their sector. 

This is a temporary role with potential to become permanent 

This role is to work within their  training team which is a large revenue stream for the main charity. You would work within a busy and fast paced team and provide comprehensive support by organising multiple training courses including webinars.  We are looking for a strong administrator with a passion for working within a charity with strong customer servicing skills 

Duties will include

  • Responding to queries about training courses and webinars
  • BOoking people onto to courses
  • Liaising with trainers
  • Managing payments for the courses including generating invoices, taking payments
  • Adminster all aspects of the webinars 

About you

  • strong administrative experience
  • available to start ASAP with little or not notice
  • excellent IT and systems knowledge inclduing Word, Excel and Outlook
  • ability to arrange and juggle mulitple courses 
  • strong communication skills 
  • able to work well in a fast paced and busy envionment
