Our client is an innovative supplier of high-end interior and exterior high-end lighting.  Established for over 50 years, the company has built a fantastic reputation as a key component in hundreds of residential, commercial, hotel and hospitality projects across the UK.

Package & Rewards
£50K Basic
+£35-50K OTE year 1

Location
London (you will need to be located within 60 minutes of London).
 
Job Title
The Specification Sales Manager role will see you inherit existing contacts, projects and project enquiries to engage with.
  • Key to the role however, is the focus and desire to respond to enquiries and identify new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, electrical engineers, M&E consultants and end clients.
  • Whilst you will have full technical support, in this role you will be responsible for the whole specification sales cycle and each project phase through to closing the business.
  • Projects are both commercial and high end residential, with order values typically from £20K-£100K depending on complexity.
  • Working alongside a highly experienced sales and technical team, you will be offered excellent support, training and professional development. 
The Person Needed
This role would suit someone looking for professional development.  For the Specification Sales Manager role our client provides superb training and is open to considering applicants from a range of backgrounds.  But key factors are:
  • Previous B2B and face-to-face sales experience.
  • At least some prior experience selling a lighting or electrical product or solution.
  • A commitment and passion to grow into a product specialist within your field.
  • Finally, the desire to represent a leading brand and grow with the company.
