Facilities Manager

We are currently working closely with our Client to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager/Guest Relations Manager. You will be managing the communal areas of an exciting and creative business campus located in West London.

Who will you be working for?
Our Client is a business campus located in West London which provides a range of services, facilities and entertainment.

What will you be doing?
  • Day to day management of all Communal Areas.
  • Supporting all Health & Safety related checks and audits.
  • Answer all queries via regularly recorded building meetings, one to one conversation, email correspondents and telephone conversations.
  • Budget management including tracking & forecast planning.
  • Supporting all project and repair work within the building.
  • Ensuring the contractors are managed safely and standards within the buildings are maintained.
About you:
  • Previous Building Management Experience.
  • BIFM qualified or equivalent.
  • IOSH Qualified or equivalent.
  • Be an excellent communicator.
  • Able to maintain accuracy while working to deadlines.
