My client is an international examinations board but with home-based working. 

We are looking for an Exam Coordinator to join the team on a six month fixed term basis. The role is home based

The purpose of the roles is to ensure the smoorth runnning of the exam process, providing a first class service to exam centres in the UK and overseas.

Duties will include:
  • accurate data input on spreadsheets and databases
  • preparing stats
  • maintaining excellent links with exam centres and overseas clients
  • monitoring booking numbers 
  • mailing out examination paperwork
  • keeping bookings up to date and monitoring candidate numbers
  • monitor and log exam paperwork on the database

About you
  • excellent customer service experience
  • experience within education highly desirable
  • strong and accurate atttention to detail
  • excellent organisation skills
  • experience of data input and managment
  • strong MS Office skills
