My client is a very exciting tech company with stunning offices in the City of London overlooking Tower of London, a short walk from Bank and all the amenities the city has to offer. THe offcice is very modern, open plan with a vibrant yet relaxed feel.
Long-term they are recruiting for an EA/Office Manager but until an appointment is made, they will need additional support in the office.
Duties will include
Admin support to C-Suite
- Provide administrative support including diary management for three senior level executives
- book travel for the team
- Organise all events and meetings held on-site and off-site
- Manage expense claims
- Handle matters of utmost confidentiality
Office coordinator duties
- Oversee the front of house area
- assist with H&S duties within the building
- liaise with building landlord and contractors
About you
- Proven experience as a PA, Team Assistant or Office Coordinator
- Confident with diary management and travel bookings
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Able to start immediately
