This a newly created role within an expanding e-commerce team. You will be experienced within a customer service within an e-commerce department but will be able to bring creative ideas to the team and get involved with marketing campaigns.
- Assisting customers with queries across a variety of channels including phone, email, online chat
- Have an outstanding knowledge of products
- Manage the CRM system
- Maintain department reports
- Assist with e-marketing campaigns
- Passionate about delivering first class customer service
- Previous experience of working within an e-commerce team
- Analytical and numerical, competent with Excel
- Understanding of Shopify
- Basic Adobe skills
- Mailchimp experience
- Experience of using CRM systems
