HR Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a HR Candidate who is available to start immediately and work on a 6-8 week temporary contract; for 4 days a week.  £13-16 an hour.  Remote based. 

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
Our client is a non profit environmental charity. 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • A mix of L&D Admin and Recruitment. 
  • Helping create the L&D Schedules; and Employee Handbook
  • Creating guidance documents for line managers for interviews. 
  • Creating HR templates for interviews. 
  • Research recruitment platforms. 
  • Update the HR Database People. 
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience in HR 
  • Ideally of used the Database People. 
  • Confident in undergoing recruitment
  • Good and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong MS office Skills; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
