Who will you be working for?
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a great company. Our client is rapidly expanding North London-based drinks specialist.  

What will you be doing?
The Warehouse Analyst position will involve handling data specific to stock within the warehouse, such as goods in, finished goods and cycle counting.
 Key duties will include:
  • Team delegation and supervision
  • Reconciliation of blind receipt checks (supplier paperwork)
  • Booking goods receipts, Process customer and picked process dispatch into SAP
  • Filing and archiving of paperwork
  • Agree daily Production figures with the Packaging team
  • Allocate correct stock to pick list by SKU/Batch/Pallet/Location
  • Depot transfers process location changes in SAP & WMS and ensure the load is registered on HMRC’s Excise Movement Control System (EMCS) portal
  • Reconcile daily cycle count figures against WMS and SAP and adjusting where appropriate and investigating differences
  • Reporting - Produce and publish weekly inventory summary and stock ageing reports
  • Supporting to maintain a safe, tidy and hygienic warehouse
  • Ensuring that all written procedures are followed
  • Support to other departments as required and operating as part of the team
  • Filing and archiving of paperwork
You will be process driven and have experience within a similar role.  In addition:
  • You will be experienced in using SAP and WMS system.
  • Have a high level of computer literacy.
  • You will be a strategic thinker and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
  • You will have exceptional organisation skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Personable with a can-do attitude and positive outlook.
