The organisation, set up in the midst of the COvid pandemic is very much in its infancy and is very much operating on a remote basis. Duties involved
- Develop and maintain effective office systems
- Managing and setting up HR systems
- General office procurement
- Managing budgets and audit processes
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC, Companies House and Charity Commission rules
- Managing funding agreements, reports and payments
- Facilitating Trustee meetings including minute taking and logistical arrangements
- Inbox management
- Diary management for the director
About you
- An experienced Office Manager from a small charity
- Knowledge and experience of woring iwthin charity or not for profit
- Proven experience of creating new systems
- Experience of working within a small organisation
- Knowledge of the charity sector
- Self motivated and proactive attitude to work
- Experience of managing online banking would be desirable
- Knowledge and experience of grant applications and funding agreements would be desirable
