This is a part time role. You will be required to work 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday. This will start ASAP and is an ongoing temporary role.
Duties to include
- workiing closely with the EA to CEO
- managing the Executive team's inbox
- administering expenses
- dealing with incoming post and emails
- supporting with diary management
- assisting with presentation preparation
- keeping filing up to date
- booking transport and travel including flights
- organising itineraries
- processing invoices
About you
- competent and experienced administrator
- previous experience as an EA/Team Assistant or Secretary ideal
- experience of credit card and expenses reconciliation
- excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- able to start quickly and committ to the specific hours set out above
