Having recently commissioned a safeguarding report, you will support the team who are coordinating the organisation wide response
Duties to involve
- providing day to day business support to a working group
- collating and preparing newsletters
- maintaining web pages
- coordinating input and responses
- organising meetings, workshops, presentation and events
- booking rooms and venues
- day to day managemenet of documents and data
- managing highly sensitive and confidential documents
About you
- strong admin or project support in a busy and fast paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- strong user of MS Office pacakages including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and draw out key themes.
- highly organised with strong attention to detail
- experience of providing administrative and/or project support to workstreams requiring a high level of attention to detail
- experience of triaging and responding to communications of a sensitive nature
- experience of maintain task and action logs
- experience of developing working relationships with a range of people.
- experience of producing newsletters and/or maintaining website pages
- Experience of working in a setting with either children and families or vulnerable adults, for instance a Local Authority, social care or NHS settings
- Knowledge of safeguarding
This is a temporary assignment paying £23 per hour including holiday pay
