The receptionist position is an entry level opportunity and we encourage applications from recent graduates (or equivalent) and those already experienced in a similar role. We are looking for an engaging, personable Receptionist with good administrative skills and an interest in supporting a team.  This position is a permanent contract and in-office.

In terms of location, it doesn’t get better than this - right in the heart of the West end, this is where tourists mix with the locals and city employees mingle with west end performers. The area is packed full of unrivalled energy - theatres, first class hotels, intimate eateries and specialist tailors adorn the streets whilst there are excellent transport links connecting to you the area with trains, buses and the underground all serving this location well.
What you will be doing?
Working within a small team of Receptionists your role will include:
  • Supporting with team administration which will include document typing proof-reading (training will be provided).
  • Answering the telephone and where necessary taking messages.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors on arrival.
  • Serving of refreshments within the main reception area.
  • Supporting with post; collect including franking for end of day.
  • Recording of deliveries received.
  • Any other general reception duties that may be required.
About you?
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is approachable, proactive, highly motivated, and well-organised. You should have a fair typing speed, some customer service experience, and exceptional administrative skills. Additionally, attention to detail, effective communication, and confidence in interacting with others are essential. This role would suit a self-motivated individual who enjoys being hands-on, engaging with others, and is results-driven.

The salary range is £25,000pa-28,000pa (dependent on experience).  The working hours are based on receptionist shifts that fall between 8.30am-6pm Mon-Fri.
