Temp Project Committee Support 

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Project Committee Support to start immediately on a 2-3 month temporary contract.  The role is located in Aldgate East; and is Hybrid, working on a full-time basis and is paying a competitive £21 per hour 

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
Our client is an established non-profit organisation. 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
To provide oversight and project leadership for the College’s Workforce Intelligence programme and associated work.
To project manage the collection and analysis of relevant data from several sources and the ongoing planning and delivery of the College’s Workforce action plan.
  • To lead the development, implementation, and management of the College’s annual workforce survey through appropriate stakeholder engagement and data capture
  • To provide project management to the Workforce programme including:
    Defining the scope of any new work that needs to be delivered.
    Developing clear objectives and deliverables for any work to be delivered.
    Track performance and report through the appropriate project board or committee.
  • To format, edit and proof-read documentation arising from the College’s Workforce work, including guidelines, policies, and process documents.
  • To provide administrative support for College Workforce work as necessary, including:
    Setting up meetings, taking minutes, listing actions, and coordinating and monitoring completion.
    Circulating documents, collating comments/responses and making amendments in line with College house style.
    Generating engaging content for the website and ensuring it remains up-to-date and accessible.
  • To facilitate awareness raising of the Workforce programme and action plan across the membership, using engaging web content, social media, and content for webinars and events.
  • To lead on document control for all Workforce programme documentation, monitoring expiry dates, liaising with stakeholders updating as required, and reporting on progress to the relevant project board or committee.

ABOUT YOU
  • Relevant senior level administrative and secretariat experience, including diary and correspondence management, and setting up and reviewing administrative processes
  • Project management qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience of administering, preparing papers and taking formal minutes for senior level meetings, including use of video conferencing for virtual and hybrid meetings
  • Good attention to detail 
  • Knowledge and strong experience of using IT systems and databases and MS Office365, including use of MS Teams and Zoom for meetings
  • Experience of the NHS, membership, public or voluntary sector organisations.
