We are seeking a Programme Administrator to support a client - for 4-5 weeks
£17.31 an hour -

What will you be doing?
To administer the Film Academy courses and UK wide programmes
- Act as the first point of contact for Film Academy delivery partners. Provide relevant information and guidance for all programme, funding and application related enquiries (telephone, email, face to face).
- To receive, log and check the eligibility and completeness of project applications for both Film Academy courses and Film Academy Venue Partner delivery
- Review and update all required framework for partners to submit all information for application, drawdown, reporting and evaluation
- Service internal panel meetings, co-ordinate agendas and papers, take and draft minutes as required. Accurately and clearly record all funding information and decisions.
- Assist with budget management including raising purchase orders, sending invoices and administering all financial paperwork.
- Proven experience in a project administrator role.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a heavy and varied workload especially related to high level administration and project monitoring.
- Experience of using and maintaining a range of databases, spreadsheets and records.
- Good IT skills with ability to produce planning documents, reports and presentations as required.
- Experience of meeting Minutes is helpful
