My client is a professional trade association with stunning offices in a buzzy and well connected part of London. OVerlooking the Thames and just a short walk from London Bridge station

They are in need of some help across their facilities and reception team on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. The assignment is completely ongoing with potential to become permanent 

Duties will include 
  • Covering recption desk, offering a professional and welcoming greeting to all visitors
  • Following the opening and closing processes of our offices at the beginning and end of each business day.
  • Clearing Members areas of used cups/plates/glasses as well as making sure that all front of house areas are stocked with essentials and kept in a professional and clean manner
  • Loading and unloading dishwasher.
  • Answering phone calls and emails from public, our members and building reception.
  • Ensuring the overall appearance of our front of house Meeting rooms/members areas and reception are tidy, professional and presentable at all times.
  • Providing general support as required to other members of the Corporate Services team with front of house related tasks.
About you

  • Well presented, professionla and friendly demeanour
  • Able to get stuck in with various tasks as and where needed
  • Flexible approach
  • Previous office experience either within reception or facilities
  • Able to commit to three days a week on a long-term/ongoing basis
  • Willing to work on-site at LOndon Bridge, 8am - 6pm Tues to Thurs

The pay is £14 per hour including holiday pay
