Office Coordinator
Are you an experienced team assistant or office coordinator who enjoys working within a busy and fun team?

This could be the perfect opportunity for you – this role will see you working closely within a diverse and fun-loving team.

If shortlisted to progress, the position requires an immediate interview in person and if successful an immediate start – located in Waterloo – hours 9am-5.30pm - salary up to £25,000-£35,000pa (dependent on experience).

Who will you be working for?
Our client is a wonderful bespoke business located in Waterloo.

What will you be doing?
Our client is seeking a permanent Office Cooridnator to join on a full-time basis in their Waterloo based offices.  The working hours are 9am-5.30pm.
This position has plenty of variety and you will be involved with all areas of administrative support and coordination within this buzzy office environment. 

You will be managing all elements of team support including diary management, travel and itinerary planning, office maintenance, acting up as fire marshal, project support, information gathering and filing, organising in office events and much more.

What do you need?:-
This is a hands-on role where you will be dealing with a variety of tasks, this position would suit someone who enjoys being busy, has a pro-active approach to work and enjoys working within a team.
You should also have:
  • Experience in a similar administrative and coordinating role.
  • Exceptionally computer savvy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfortable with multitasking.
  • Unflappable approach to work and a can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail – essential.
