This is a brand new role within the team
Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday based in Westminster, SW1
- You will provide admin support to the head of department and wider team
- Answer incoming calls and emails from service users
- Allocated tasks across the team
- Log requests using excel
- Send out and record risk assessments
- Procuring office supplies
Skills needed
- Microsoft competent including Excel
- Be able to work in a team and on own initiative
- Some understanding of office health and safety beneficial
The first few weeks in the post will involve thorough training and induction. You will shadow and get to know every member of the team and their role so you understand everything there is to know about how they operate.
