We are looking for Graduation Assistants to help on Tuesday 16th April, 10am- 4:30pm in Central Manchester. This role is paying £13.25 per hour. 
 
The role will involve things like ushering guests, registering graduates, queue management. 
 
Ceremony usher – particularly practical/ good at organising people – eg suggesting guests with young children sit at end of aisles in case need to exit for a few mins
 
Academics/ Execs guides – particularly personable/ well presented to help meet execs / guide them to the exec area
 
Pre-stage name checks – particularly organised/ cool under pressure /methodical - for ensuring each grad has the right namecard/ is in the right order
 
If you have done Exam Invigilation before this will be great for you.
