What Will You Be Doing?
As a Exams Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Exams team function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting exam Paper production.
- Organising and scheduling exams.
- Marking papers.
- Releasing results.
- Managing exam related paperwork.
- Managing the email inbox.
- Management of administrative tasks relating to the online assessment platform.
- Conducting personalised calls to new students to guide them through important dates, timetables, and exam booking procedures.
- Providing comprehensive information about the exam process and addressing any queries or concerns that students may have.
- Assisting students in clearing any outstanding debts and facilitating payment arrangements as necessary.
- Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall student experience.
- Logging and updating information on the internal database.
- Finance processing.
- Any other administrative duties required.

- Experience working towards deadlines.
- Previous experience within a fast paced administrative position is highly desired.
This Exams Administrator position offers:
- Fixed term employment for 1 year with a competitive salary ranging up to £28,500 per annum plus benefits.
- Monday to Friday across a 35 hour working week.
- Hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 working from home Monday-Friday.
