We are currently recruiting for an Engagement Officer to work for our client based in Shepherds Bush in London. This is currently an ongoing temporary position to start immediately. The role is paying a competitive £13.40 p/h and is officer based 5 days a week.

Our client is a UK-wide training and education organization, providing professional qualifications in a range of expert fields.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Frequent review of engagement trackers to ensure to ensure accuracy of data
• Regularly contact students who fall below the required level of engagement
• Track student responses/outcomes on Microsoft Forms
• Constantly review contact details and escalate as appropriate in line with process
• Support students through any onboarding challenges/process with the students
• Responding to students queries via case management system (Salesforce)
• Attend weekly engagement meetings and follow up on any actions that arise
• Actively support students in any conversation/correspondence to promote international student well-being
• Follow up calls with students who have not submitted or sat end of term summative assessments
• Coordinating the school student disciplinary process working with the Heads of Programmes and Directors of Programmes
• Working with the Personal Tutors to refer students who are struggling academically following review of “at risk” register
• Working with learning support team by signposting students who require mental and wellbeing support
• Working with the Campus Experience Manager and Students Association to deliver engaging student events online and at school locations
• Assisting with the co-ordination of programme orientations and other welcome events
