You will work predominently at home but visit the office in Ponder's End 1 to 2 days per week. We need somebody to start ASAP and commit until the end of the year
The company will be advertising this role a permanent vacancy so there is potential for the temp to be offered a permanent role.
Duties to include
- Running the day to day customer service channels including live chat and emails
- Working closely with the marketing and sales teams
Skills & Experience required: -
- You’ll have 1-2 years customer service experience
- You’ll be good at communication and building relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- With strong excel skills
- Previous knowledge of Shopify is a plus but not essential
- The company will interview ASAP
- Role starts approx w/c 13 Nov
- Rate of pay is £15 per hour
