Our client is a market-leading provider of industry best practice data and insights, training and coaching, events and exhibitions, with a reputation for excellence and innovation. As part of their continued commitment to driving effective communication across multiple channels and customers, they now require a Communications Manager who can bring strategic and creative input within the marketing function.
Location: London office (1 day per week office / 4 days remote)
The role
The Communications Manager role will see you focus on external communications across a wider range of channels and customer groups.
- With leadership support, identify opportunities for improvement throughout the current communications strategy.
- Ensure accurate and effective messaging across all external channels, while managing responses and contact.
- Build effective partnerships with media and news 3rd parties and partners across all formats.
- Work cohesively in partnership with colleagues in both the marketing and product teams.
- Set and deliver goals for engagement growth and improvement over timeframes.
- Work within agreed communications annual financial budgets.
For the Communication Manager role our client is looking for:
- Prior experience in a similar orf related communications role
- Demonstrable experience leading and delivering positive strategic and departmental change.
- A commercial and goal-orientated approach.
- Energy and passion for all things communication and marketing!
£50-55K Basic salary + year-end bonus of 10-12%
