Client Service Administrator needed in Manchester for 3 month temp role. This role is hybrid working paying £13 per hour. 

You will be responsible for the set up and administration of several of our Apprenticeship Professional Development Programmes for existing Key Clients. You will be working closely with operational, client service and programme teams within the professional development division and across different parts of the business, you will ensure that systems are set up correctly and that all administration/communications are sent in a timely manner, to coordinated delegates and presenters. You will also work on our insolvency programmes to assist with client reporting and processing of bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in conjunction with the PD Scheduling team to source presenters and schedule programmes
• Set up all programmes on corresponding booking systems or work with other internal teams to request their set up
• Work with online teams regarding Hub set up and client requirements
• Ensure that material reviews happen annually and materials are updated
• Set up and run trainer briefings
• Attend weekly/monthly meetings, with the support of the relationship owner
• Key Client mailbox management and e-mailing diarised joining instructions and reminders.
• Creating, updating and issuing reporting to clients such as attendance and completion of post course tests
• Creating and issuing certificates
• Ensuring calendar reminders / wall planners are up-to-date with each clients specific requirements.
• Analyse delegate feedback, prepare reporting and escalate any issues
• Assist with the invoicing of all Clients in a prompt and accurate manner
• Process bookings and respond to client emails, to agreed SLAs
• Maintain high standards of work and professionalism at all times, particularly with regards to accuracy in both written and verbal communication
• Build, manage and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships and communication within the company and work in partnership with other team members.
•Effectively undertake any other duties as required.

• Experience of working in a very busy environment 
• Ability to work well under pressure and evidence of prioritising work under such conditions 
• Ability to work to very tight deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Intermediate level of MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Able to be proactive and input ideas to improve procedures and processes 
• Experience of working with data, data processing and data management
• Confident and clear telephone manner
