Due to continued growth, our client, a leading brand in the modular building and off-site construction sector, is looking to add a BDM to their team in the North. This is a superb opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of the brand across key markets.
LOCATION
The Business Development Manager role is field based covering the North of the UK. A central location is ideal e.g. M1, A1, M62, Yorkshire, Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Nottingham, Hull, or close.
THE ROLE
The Business Development Manager will see you take responsibility for selling our client's range of temporary and longer-term modular building and off-site construction solutions into ket verticals such as education and healthcare. The role involves:
- Selling a comprehensive and complex turn key solution.
- Engaging with existing projects and responding to leads from national contract partners.
- Identify new accounts, along with key customer stakeholders.
- Responsibility for the sales cycle from inception to close.
- Involvement in shaping the sales and go-to-market strategy in the North.

- Prior B2B field sales experience within the building industry (ideally within modular building, off-site construction, temporary accomodation, or similar field)
