Typical duties incldue
- liaisng with academic staff and students acting as first poing of contact
- assisting with admissions and inductions
- booking meeting room and lecture spaces
- arranging meetings and taking minutes
- keep database up to date
- assisitng with arrangments of seminars, lectures and tutorials
- processing invoices from suppliers
About you
- strong Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- experience of using Google suite incuding emails and calander
- available to start at short notice and commit for at least three months
- experience within an administrative role
- an interest of the arts and/or education sectors
- strong written English skills
- experience of booking meetings and venues
