LOCATION
Field-based sales role covering the East of the UK (ideal home locations would be Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester, Peterborough, Northampton, M1, or close)
THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE
Our client is looking for someone to manage an existing network of c100 accounts including retailers, showrooms and dealers across the region. The role entails:
- Developing ongoing business relationships with independent and regional accounts.
- Setting sales strategies for growth across A-list accounts.
- The introduction of new product ranges and supporting marketing launch projects.
- Identifying occasional opportunities for tactical new account wins.
- Supporting customers with technical queries, product selection and training.
For the account manager role, our client is open to level of experience of the new recruit (full training is given), but is looking for:
- Prior experience selling an associated product e.g. bathrooms, showers, plumbing, heating, building products, or similar.
- Ideally experience managing relationships with retailers, merchants, or similar customer types.
- A confident account manager with the flexibility to manage a large geographical area.
£40-47K Basic (depending on experience) +4-5K OTE in yr1
