Are you an organised multitasker with a knack for administrative work? Our client, a leading building surveying company, is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Full-Time and in-office Administrative Assistant in Dartford.

Location: Dartford (in-office full-time)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Immediate start following successful interview

What you will be doing?

As administrator you will support a small team with a variety of tasks. Acting as the face of the business in person and via telephone you will be the first point of communication.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Utilise QuickBooks for invoicing and financial transactions accurately.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle telephone communications courteously and professionally.
  • Assist in assembling contractual terms and agreements.
  • Showcase computer proficiency for various administrative tasks.
  • Any other reasonable administrative or support tasks required.
About You

You will need to hold a full and clean driving licence and have a vehicle as part of your work, which will often be remote and offsite. When in office, you will be working from Dartford.
Previous administrative experience is essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks - highly desired.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are paramount.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Immediate availability preferred to hit the ground running.
  • The ability to deal with a range of clients and situations is essential.
  • You also need to have an aptitude towards technology.
