We are currently recruiting for a Part Time; Admin Assistant with Minutes to start immediately on a rolling temporary contract. The role is located in Aldgate East; and is Hybrid, working on a full-time basis and is paying a competitive £18/20 per hour.

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
Our client is an established non-profit organisation.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Secretariat services as required for committee or business meetings (requires minute taking experience and skills)
- Planning and administration of Committee meetings
- dissemination of information to the committee membership
- Collating information provided by committee members for example, in response to a consultation, and communicating this to others
- Provide the necessary administrative support for committee processes including upcoming elections for chairs, committee support, documentation and communication to stakeholders
- Deliver range of work outlined by postholder including administrative processes for College medal awards, website updates, CRM database updates
- ad hoc cover in the event of absence in the Committee administration team. This could be to cover any of the Committees or SACs administered by the department
ABOUT YOU
- Experience of dealing with Committee's and taking regular minutes
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Access, Outlook, Excel and web-based software
