Information Systems (IS) Administrator- 
 
We are currently recruiting for a Information Systems (IS) Administrator to 20th November for 3 Months
The role is Hybrid- 2 days in the office and 3 days from home and working on a full-time basis and is paying a competitive, £27,000 £17 an hour

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This role supports the administration of procurement and management of IS assets and services across all College locations and to handle requests for new hardware, software or services from College members and staff.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This role supports the administration of procurement and management of IS assets and services across all College locations and to handle requests for new hardware, software or services from College members and staff.
- Support the administrative process to onboard and offboard users and groups from the College systems to maintain their security and maintain the quality of staff directory information.
 - Under the instruction of the Operations Manager, support the procurement of all hardware, software and any consumables.
 - Administer and maintain the asset database of all College IS equipment.
 - Administration of the College telephony needs in the form of new number assignments, Service Group updates.
 - Work with the supplier to deploy new mobiles and ensure leavers return devices and old numbers are reassigned.
 - Assist with the administration of IS Service Desk tickets assigned to the IS Operations function.
 
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
 - Ability to provide effective support to administrative and supply enquiries
 - Previous experience supporting internal and external customers of IS services
 - Knowledge of Microsoft Lists, Planner, Clipchamp, SharePoint folders and Sharepoint intranet publishing or a desire to learn.
