Job Role
The Senior Business Development Manager role is a remote proactive and dynamic sales role and entails:
- Selling our client’s end-to-end property management, energy assessment (e.g. ECO4 and GBIS) and retrofit project/delivery solutions.
- Building on existing success, this role will take responsibility for growing their presence in the local authority, housing association and the social housing sectors across the UK - directly engaging with relevant stakeholders to win new business.
- The role utilises existing strong CRM data and new customer information, alongside the creation of new customer targets.
- The role will see you play an active role in setting the company’s go-to-market strategy, building out processes, marketing, value proposition and setting goals and deliverables.
The Senior Business Development Manager role is home-based and remote, but will require travel to regional offices in London and the Midlands.
The Person Needed
For the Senior Business Development Manager role the ideal candidate will bring:
- Prior experience selling into local authorities, housing associations, the social housing sector, or similar public sector customers.
- Knowledge of the energy efficiency sector e.g. retrofit, property surveys, ECO4, GBIS or similar government funded initiatives.
- A dynamic and goal-orientated and adaptable approach to supporting growth across the UK for an ambitious brand.
£55-65K Basic +20% annual bonus
