About the Role
I am working with an internationally renowned examinations board and have a rare opportunity to work for them on a part-time/remote basis
This is a temporary position starting in mid September until March 2027
About the role
You will support the panel management team who are responsible for the management, recruitment, training and quality assurance of the panel members,
The Administrator will provide high level administration and has an integral role within the team.
The role works closely with the Panel Management and Deployment Coordinators within the team to support deployment activities, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Duties will include but not limited to:
• Monitoring and responding to the team inbox
• Maintenance of data and records
• Updating the exam management system
• Processing expenses and travel approvals
About you
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a flexible approach to work
• Adaptability, with the ability to manage periods of high workload / demand
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective verbal, written and face to face communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work sensitively with a range of stakeholders
• Good IT skills (data entry, word processing, basic spreadsheet, use of the internet)
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
You will be required to work in the office on one day a week
This is a part time role working a total of 17.5 hours per week. Ideally spread across 5 days but we will consider other working patterns
The rate of pay is £13.21 per hour plus holiday pay added on top
