INTRODUCTION
Our client is an award-winning and innovative leader in the design and delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency solutions.  Due to exciting continued growth, they now require and additional Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a high value public sector retrofit partnership.
  
LOCATION
London (Home-based and remote role, with occasional travel in London)
Based within the M25.
  
THE JOB ROLE
The Site Manager role is a pivotal position in the effective delivery of contract retrofit services (solar PV, heat pumps, boiler upgrades, insulation etc.). The role is diverse and includes responsibility for:

• Being a visible leading presence across a high-value retrofit installation project.
• Overseeing multiple retrofit installation projects across private residences in the London area.
• Managing an ongoing relationship with a key contracting partner and overseeing the delivery of work by multiple teams.
• Managing pipelines of work to be completed, tracking suppliers, resources, timescales and team activity.
• Ensuring quality of installation work against designs, snagging, through to sign-off.

THE PERSON NEEDED
For the Site Manager role, our client is looking for hands-on experience within the retrofit and renewable energy sector and:

• Prior experience of leading installation projects within a residential setting.
• A technical aptitude, including previous hands-on experience of working on site and completing installations.
• A highly organised and efficient approach to managing contracts, time and resources.
• Existing knowledge of a relevant sector i.e. retrofit, renewable energy, solar PV, heat pumps, boiler upgrades, insulation etc.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.

THE REWARDS
£55-60K Basic (doe) +Bonus
