Our client a leading not-for-profit organisation, is looking for a passionate Community & Engagement Manager to lead the growth and development of their member-led micro-communities. These communities online and in-person connect members around shared interests, identities, and themes. Working closely with the global community team, you will:
- Launch, grow, and sustain 20+ micro-communities across membership networks
- Support, coach, and develop micro-community leaders to ensure vibrant, inclusive spaces
- Manage online engagement, moderate discussions, and oversee community platforms
- Use data to inform decisions, improve engagement, and measure community success
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align community activities with strategic priorities
- Experience building and growing communities, ideally with volunteers or peer leaders
- Skilled in moderating online platforms (e.g., Circle, Slack, Discord)
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and organisational skills
- Excellent digital communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Empathetic, collaborative, and confident in building relationships across teams
- Permanent role with a competitive salary (£35–40k DOE)
