Training and Workforce Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Training & Workforce Coordinator - this position will focus on providing administrative support to training and projects teams.  This position is a 12-month fixed term contract

Who will you be working for?
Our client is a not-for-profit academic institution with a passion for increasing the standards of healthcare provision in the UK.

What will you be doing?
As Training & Workforce Coordinator you will work with to plan and deliver training and educational events.   
Key Duties to include:
  • Plan, arrange and deliver a programme of online and/or face to face education & training activities and events in collaboration with the Project Manager and Head of Training & Workforce.
  • Provide administrative support to plan, arrange and delivery a range of Training & Workforce events including attendance at them.
  • Support the Training & Workforce Managers with Committee administration including preparation of minutes, agendas, follow up action and correspondence.
  • To attend conferences and events as necessary including Careers Fairs, International Congress and other events as required (this will include travel, overnight stays as well as evening and weekend work) .
  • To undertake robust data entry and validation using our bespoke database ensuring student, trainee and member records are up to date to support a range of processes and activities.
  • To maintain a breadth of knowledge to be able to provide support for the Training & Workforce ‘helpdesks’, responding to telephone and email queries.
  • To process expense claim forms and payment requests as well as ensuring robust financial administration.
  • Draft appropriate user focussed content for digital platforms, regularly reviewing communication channels to ensure content is relevant, engaging and up to date.
  • Editing uploading and publishing relevant documentation on the College website where applicable, using Immediacy Content Management System (CMS) at the direction of the Training Manager and Head of Operations.
  • Undertake tasks related to Perinatal and medical education as determined by the Project Manager and Head of Training & Workforce as necessary. 
About you
  
You will need:
  • Degree educated or equivalent.
  • Experiences within a similar fast paced administrative position.
  • Computer savvy with exceptional data management and MS Office skills including email.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience within the health sector desired.
  • Experience and knowledge with CMS systems is highly desired but not essential.

The Training & Workforce Coordinator will pay an annual salary of £28,965 - £32,253 per annum (salary dependent on experience).
