Our client is seeking a permanent Trainee Services Coordinator.
To be considered it is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, strong administrative skills and the capability to work within a very busy and demanding role. Experiences within an education and training setting would be advantageous.

Our client is a Central London based not for profit membership organisation for healthcare professionals; they are innovative and leaders in the sectors best practice.
What will you be doing?
As Trainee Services Coordinator you will provide support for trainees undertaking Registration.
You will be using the CRM system and be responsible for ensuring good data management in line with GDPR; regular provision of accurate trainee data to and responding to queries from staff, assessors and trainees; as well as general administrative support. You will also be the main contact for key external stakeholders and will be responsible for delivering a responsive, accurate service to them.
In addition to the above, any other duties as may be reasonably expected, and which are commensurate with the level of the post.
You will need:
- Experience of working with and meeting the needs of different stakeholders.
- Experience of handling and prioritising multiple workloads to meet deadlines.
- The ability to maintain information to a high standard of accuracy and completeness.
- Exceptional communication skills and administrative skills.

The starting salary is £28,000pa (salary is dependent on experience). The working hours are 35 hours per week. Our client has a hybrid working model which is a 60/40 split in office.
