My client is a large international charity with offices in central London close to Westminster. 

We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong admin skills. The role is to work five days a week including one at  the office and four at home.  You will be involved in organising, scheduling training courses and will need to be very well organised with excellent communication skills

Duties include

  • Diary management to the team
  • Scheduling and coordinating training
  • Managing the team's inbox
  • Taking formal minutes for working groups
  • Organising meetings
  • Communicating with stakeholders
  • Creating and monitoring surveys 
  • Assist with mail-outs and keeping databases up to date

About you

  • available to start ASAP and commit on a 6 month basis
  • abillity to work in central London 1 day a week
  • stong minute taking experience
  • experience of supporting a busy team with secretarial and administrative duties
