This is an incredibly busy and fast paced role. We ideally need somebody who has extensive experience of working internationally, within a charity or NGO.
- German language skills would be highly beneficial
- Experience of recruiting for a wide range of roles around the world including Asia Africa, Europe and USA
- Experience of writing and posting advertisements
- Compiling long and short lists
- Scheduling interviews
- Communicating with hiring managers
- Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System
- You will ideally have in-house recruitment experience gained within a not for profit or charity environment
