We are looking for six admissions officer to join them on a temporary basis until October 2021. They will also be recruting for the roles on a permanent basis so this could become a long-term career for the right person.
Duties will involve
- Liaising with prospective students and helping to match them to the right programme
- Providing a proactive level of support
- Providing advice on entry, fees, course structure
- Keeping systems up to date
- Excellent customer or client service skills
- Experience of sales
- Strong communication and relationship building skils
- Experience of woring in a similar role or in a customer satisfaction drvien envionrment
- Stong telephone or face to face selling or upselling experience
- Excellent IT skills
- YOu must be able to start immediatley and commit until October 2021
