- Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries from members and prospective members
- mail out newsletters, publications and parcels
- provide adminitrative support to the wider team
- keeping the calendar up to date
- managing company suppliers including stationery
- booking travel and acommodation for the team
- booking venues for meetings
About you
- excellent work ethic and commitmentn to learning
- flexible approach to work
- strong team player
- previous office experience not necessary but strong customer service skills are essential
- strong IT skills essential
This is a temporary to permanent role which would not be suitable for anyone with a long notice period.
