My client is a small but very friendly trade association based in central London. The team is well established incredibly friendly and supportive.

They have an excellent reputation for low staff turnover and it is not oftten that an opening arises. You will be purely office based within central  London close to mainline and tube line stations. This is a great opportunity for somebody to gain office experience and develop their career.

Duties wil involve
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries from members and prospective members
  • mail out newsletters, publications and parcels
  • provide adminitrative support to the wider team
  • assisting the finance manager with accounts admin
  • keeping the calendar up to date
  • managing company suppliers including stationery 
  • booking travel and acommodation for the team
  • booking venues for meetings
  • assisting at and  with the organisation of company events and conferences

About you
  • excellent work ethic and commitment to learning
  • an interest in office management/ finance/accounts admin would be beneficial
  • flexible approach to work
  • strong team player
  • previous office experience not necessary but strong customer service skills are essential
  • strong IT skills essential 

This is a temporary to permanent role starting in August 2022 which would not be suitable for anyone with a long notice period.
