We are currently working closely with our Client to recruit a talented Secretary/Accounts Administrator. You would be working for a lovely small corporate head office who have very high staff retention.
Who will you be working for?
Our Client is a lovely small corporate head office in SW1.
What will you be doing?
You will be providing secretarial support, general office duties and administrative support to the department.
Key Duties:
- Providing general secretarial support.
- Photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving.
- Diary management including travel arrangements.
- Setting up refreshments for department meetings.
- Logging high volumes of invoices.
- Entering time sheets onto the system.
- Maintaining the departments holiday/absence schedule and calendar.
- Ordering office supplies including toner cartridges.
- Relieving the Receptionist for comfort breaks/occasional lunch cover as required.
- Administrative experience
- Be an exceptional communicator.
- Confident in a formal environment.
- Remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Reliable with exceptional time keeping.
This is a great opportunity to work for a fantastic lovely small corporate office and develop your administrative skills. The working hours are 9.15am – 5.45pm and the salary is £20,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience.
