My client is a metropolitan borough council in the West Midlands. They are about to embark on an exciting period of transformation, investment and expansion which has created a temporary vacancy within their Regeneration and Growth Directorate. Working within the Regeneration and Growth Directorate you will be responsible for overall management and delivery of the regeneration growth team, will line manager two team leaders and oversee a team of 17.
This is a temporary role starting ASAP and working until end of August 2020. The rate of pay is £26 - £27 per hour
You will be responsible for the management and delivery of regeneration projects for the borough
About you
You will be an experienced regeneration professional with a strong project management background You will be used to managing teams and strategic projects You will be degree educated within town planning, economic development or related discipline Experience of managing budgets and interpreting complex information is essential
