Recruitment/HR Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment/HR Administrator who is available to start immediately and work for a few months on a temporary contract; For ideally 3 days a week; although my client may consider full time- remote based/and in the office 

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
Our client is a well known concert hall in the heart of London. 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Carry out the majority of administrative tasks for the recruitment of workers
  • Reference checks, ID checks, arranging interviews over zooms and Teams.
  • Undergoing the recruitment process for applicants and new starters in the organisation
  • Lots of filing and logging to the database 
  • taking notes in HR meetings 
ABOUT YOU

  • Confident in undergoing recruitment
  • Good and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Recruitment or HR experience is ideal 
  • Microsoft Office skills including email, social media and internet literacy
