We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment/HR Administrator who is available to start immediately and work on a 6-8 week temporary contract; For ideally 3 days a week; remote based.

Our client is a well known concert hall in the heart of London.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Carry out the majority of administrative tasks for the recruitment of workers
- Reference checks, ID checks, arranging interviews over zooms and Teams.
- Undergoing the recruitment process for applicants and new starters in the organisation
- Lots of filing and logging to the database
- taking notes in HR meetings
- Confident in undergoing recruitment
- Good and confident telephone manner
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Recruitment or HR experience is ideal
- Microsoft Office skills including email, social media and internet literacy
