Recruiting Administrator
Are you experienced in internal HR recruitment or perhaps you have worked within agency recruitment or executive search?

We are working with our client to recruitment an experienced recruiter to support the Recruitment Coordinator with internal recruitment.  You will need relevant experience within a similar and fast paced recruitment role.

What would you be doing?
We are looking for someone with good work ethics, relevant experience and a genuine enthusiasm and commitment towards their work. This is permanent and full-time position to start ASAP post successful interview.

You will be providing administrative support with recruitment campaigns, providing support to colleagues in the team who are leading appointments and others outside of the department.

Main duties will include logging of information, tracking candidate applications, recruitment management/coordination, coordinating meetings and interviews, preparation of shortlists and interview packs, appointment management, arrangement of induction and training meetings and any other wider team administrative tasks required.

 About You
  • Relevant experience in a similar fast paced recruitment position.
  • Educated to A-level or equivalent.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload and respond to changing and competing demands.
  • Professional written and oral communication style and comfortable engaging with senior people.
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a team within a small office environment
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Unparalleled enthusiasm, pro-activity and professionalism at all times
  • Positive approach to your work and working as part of a small team.
  • An exceptional level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional IT skills (i.e. intermediate Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
What’s in it for you?
In return the Recruitment Administrator is a permanent position paying up £26,954 pa – salary will be dependent on experience; with increase after successful probationary period to £28,983 pa.
