Receptionist
We are looking for a Receptionist with good administrative skills and an interest in audio typing.  This position is initially a 1-year fixed term contract.

This boutique firm helps people with their finances affairs and offers first-class advice in all aspects. The team consists of experts who are fully qualified to provide guidance and recommendations on managing their client’s needs.
In terms of location, it doesn’t get better than this - right in the heart of the West end, this is where tourists mix with the locals and city employees mingle with west end performers. The area is packed full of unrivalled energy - theatres, first class hotels, intimate eateries and specialist tailors adorn the streets whilst there are excellent transport links connecting to you the area with trains, buses and the underground all serving this location well.

What you will be doing?
Working within a small team of Receptionists your role will include:
  • Supporting with team administration which will include audio typing (training will be provided).
  • Answering the telephone and where necessary taking messages.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors on arrival.
  • Serving of refreshments within the main reception area.
  • Supporting with post; collect including franking for end of day.
  • Recording of deliveries received.
  • Any other general reception duties that may be required.
About you?
We are seeking a dynamic individual with previous reception experiences who is highly motivated, and well organised

You will have a fair typing speed; have attention to detail, effective communication and confidence interacting with others.  This role would suit a self motivated individual who enjoys being hands on, engaging with others and is results driven.

The salary range is £23,000-£27,000pa (dependent on experience).  The working hours are Mon-Thurs 10am-6.30pm and Fri 9.30am-6pm.
