What will you be doing?
Our client is seeking a permanent Project Manager to join on a full-time basis in their Leyton based offices. The working hours are 8am-5pm.
This position has plenty of variety and will focus on design development and realising client expectations. You will be dealing with all elements Project Management including, communications with suppliers, internal teams and clients, cost tracking, budget management, reporting on Project variations, meeting management, maintenance of project records and documentation, team briefings, ensuring all duties are in line with the business quality and environmental management systems and health and safety. Any any other reasonable responsibilities as part of this role.
What do you need?
This is a hands-on role where you will be dealing with a variety of tasks, this position would suit someone who enjoys being busy, has a pro-active approach to work and enjoys working within a team. You will need previous Project Management experience, with either heritage, institution, museum or exhibition.
You should also have:
- Able and experienced coordinating a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results within a project.
- Client liaison and management experience – essential.
- Exceptionally computer savvy.
- Task driven self-starter, who can work well on their own as well as in a team environment.
- Good attention to detail and comfortable with managing varying workloads.
- Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail – essential.
What’s in it for you
The Project Manager position is paying a salary of £40,000pa-£52,000pa dependent on experience. The working hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday… the position can be fulfilled working partially from home and partially from office (flexibility required dependent on the needs of the business).
