Working for a large and well known brewery in Ponder's End. The Marekting/Customer Service need additional help on an ongoing/rolling basis
You will be assisting the marketing/customr service team by answering client queries: responding to emails and phonecalls using a script. There will be ad-hoc admin tasks too
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Excellent customer service expeirence, ideally phone and email based
Great telephone manner
Strong admin skills incuding database/CRM management or data entry
This would suit somebody who lives in the local area, close to Ponder's End station
