Member Services Coordinator

Are you experienced with office-based customer service and administration?
If in addition you have strong computer skills including experiences with a contact tracking or relationship management database, we really would like to hear from you. Relevant experiences within financial services would be advantageous.

Who you will be working for

Our client is a global financial services business located in The City with plush offices and a friendly and engaging atmosphere. 

What would you be doing?

As Member Services Coordinator you provide a positive and professional experience for members and customers.
The role will involve working within the Member Services Department of the business, this individual will be responsible for the front-line response to member inquiries (phone, email and other) as well as outreach to member firms to advance their engagement.
In Addition:
  • Respond promptly to telephone and email contacts.
  • Provide technical support to assist members with accessing online services and content, including support for event registration.
  • Conduct on-boarding and orientation for new members.  Maintain a wide range of knowledge about products, events, and services to promote membership engagement.
  • Update and adjust member records, including taking and applying payments. Assist with database audits and cleansing to ensure records are up to date and duplicate records are eliminated.
  • Assist with staff database training. Help with the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for the database and member services processes.
  • Provide strategies and ideas to improve staff adoption of and proficiency in the database. 
About You
  • Relevant experiences within financial services – highly desired.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar position.
  • An exceptional level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional and advanced computer literacy and Outlook skills are essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and capability.
