Learning Content Director
If you hold 5-10 years’ experience within content leadership, team management experiences and a commercial outlook I would strongly encourage you to read on.

Who will you be working for?
Our client is a leader in financial services training and has developed an outstanding reputation for their innovation, enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to client service. 
This position will be City located and only a few steps from surrounding bars, restaurants and shops, creating an exciting and bustling atmosphere.

What will you be doing?
As Learning Content Director, you will be accountable for full management and leadership of team content strategy, content delivery, budgets, content production and content origin.   You will also direct and give leadership to the learning content team.

This will involve working to deadlines within a fast-paced environment, liaising with Managers, stakeholders and product Manager across departments.  You will be hands-on with the design and implementation of projects, recruitment of authors, strategy planning, quality of delivery, briefing the content team, acting as first point of contact for Clients, analysis of outcomes and ensuring version control.

About you?
You will have had previous content experiences and a proven record as content Manager/Director.  Ideally, with a background having worked in commercial Learning and development, publishing house, financial services or another training provider.

In additional you will also need:
  • Outstanding Leadership capability.
  • Commercial operational approach to your work and decision making.
  • 5-10 years relevant content experience.
  • Team Management and leadership experiences essential.
  • Technology savvy.
  • Experience with learning or exam content is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes pride in work produced.
  • Happy working in a fast-paced demanding environment.
